Boiler structural characteristics
1) This boiler adopts direct heating with built-in heating tubes, and its characteristics are:
① Direct contact with water increases the heat transfer area, improves thermal performance, and ensures product output.
② Strong mechanical performance, compact structure, small size, easy maintenance, replacement, and installation.
2) The boiler adopts electric heating, with only surface heat loss, and a thermal efficiency of over 98%.
3) Heating is uniform, stable, and has a large evaporation area.
4) In addition to conventional pressure control, it is also equipped with an automatic sewage system, an intelligent control system, automatic interlocking, and automatic alarm to achieve fully automatic control. The heater is started and stopped in stages to reduce the impact on the power grid, and has automatic protection functions such as overheating, overvoltage, water shortage, short circuit, phase loss, and leakage. It is safe, reliable, and easy to operate.
5) The water level sensor equipped in this boiler has automatic control of water supply, water level alarm, and interlocking functions. When the water level is below the low water level alarm value control point, automatically start the feed water pump to supply water to the boiler; When the water level falls below the minimum safe water level control point, an automatic sound and light alarm will sound and the heating element will be cut off, requiring manual reset. When the water level exceeds the maximum safe water level control point, the automatic sound and light alarm does not interlock.
6) The boiler is equipped with automatic control devices for grouping heaters into operation and grouping them out of operation; Set up a load automatic adjustment device.
7) The power cabinet and control cabinet of the boiler comply with the provisions of GB/T14048.1, GB/T5226.1, GB7251.1, GB/T3797, and GB50054. The power cabinet is equipped with obvious and effective segmentation devices, and the control cabinet is equipped with an emergency stop button. The selected electrical appliances meet the requirements of dynamic stability and thermal stability under short-circuit conditions, and are used to disconnect short-circuit currents, meeting the on/off capability under short-circuit conditions. The metal shells or potentially live metal parts of the boiler, its power cabinet, and control cabinet shall have reliable electrical connections with the grounding terminal, and the connection resistance between them and the grounding terminal shall not exceed 0.1 ohms. The grounding terminal has sufficient size to withstand the possible grounding current and is clearly marked with a grounding symbol on the main grounding terminal.
8) Under normal working conditions, the pressure inside the boiler is maintained within the range set by the user. When the pressure inside the boiler is lower than the set pressure, the electric heating tube starts heating. When the pressure inside the boiler is higher than the set pressure, the electric heating tube stops heating, and so on. When the boiler controller detects that the boiler pressure is higher than the maximum pressure set by the user, the electric heating tube stops heating and alarms. When the pressure continues to rise, the safety valve opens to release pressure.
Electrical control
This series of boilers adopts a PLC automatic control system. The control system uses PLC as the control and data acquisition core, inputting the overpressure protection signal of the pressure controller, the water level control detection signal of the water level sensor, the extremely low water level detection electrode signal, the ultra-high water level detection electrode signal, the motor protection detection signal of the feedwater pump, and the various signals and overpressure protection signals of the pressure transmitter controlling the burner, making it rich in artificial intelligence and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
